Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Qynko Studio settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Qynko Studio deducts a small percentage from each transaction based on your plan — Free: 8%, Starter: 5%, Growth: 3%, Business: 2%. There is a minimum of ₹10 per transaction across all plans. The commission applies only to revenue earned through the platform, not to external transactions. Payment gateway charges (~2%) are levied separately by the gateway provider on each transaction and are not part of the platform commission.

Free includes email support with a 48-hour response window. Starter adds chat with a 24-hour response window. Growth bumps you to priority support with a 12-hour response window. Business adds a dedicated success manager who works with you directly.

You will receive a notification before reaching your limit. For storage, you can upgrade your plan or remove unused assets to free up space — we never delete your content without warning. For email campaigns, every plan blocks sending once you hit its monthly cap — there are no overage charges. Upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.

Free WhatsApp messages come with every plan each month: 10 on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Growth and 300 on Business. Need more? Buy WhatsApp credits at ₹1.05 + GST per credit (one credit = one message), 50 to 10,000 credits at a time — a one-time purchase that never expires, with your free monthly allowance used first. Done-for-you Managed Ads is an optional separate service available on any plan — ₹9,999 + GST or 15% of ad spend + GST, whichever is higher, plus a one-time ₹7,499 + GST setup.

No. All prices shown on this page — plan fees, add-on services (Managed Ads, WhatsApp credits, your own domain at ₹16,999 a year) and usage-based charges — are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to your invoice at checkout as per Indian tax law.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. We recommend starting with the Free plan to evaluate the platform before upgrading.

Yes. Every new account starts on a 14-day free trial with Business-level features unlocked, so you can explore the platform fully before paying. During the trial, video storage stays at the Free plan's 5 GB and platform commission stays at the Free plan's 8%. No card is required to start. When the trial ends you automatically move to the Free plan — your existing content stays, you simply cannot create beyond Free limits until you upgrade.

No. After your 14-day trial, the Free plan is available indefinitely with no time limit — use it as long as you like and upgrade whenever you are ready to scale.

Yes. Use a domain you own from any provider, such as GoDaddy, Hostinger or Namecheap. You keep owning it and renew it with your provider.

You get a GST invoice by email. Straight away we email you the exact records to add (type, name and value) and show them in Qynko Studio. Adding them at your domain provider, such as GoDaddy, Hostinger or Namecheap, takes about 5 minutes, and we help on WhatsApp if you get stuck. The https padlock (SSL) is free and set up for you.

"Powered by Qynko" comes off your buyers' emails, invoices, certificates and your expert card while your domain is live. Qynko's legal and tax details stay on the invoices we issue, as the law requires.

No. You can connect one domain to your account, either a main domain or a subdomain.

Yes, also before it goes live if you typed it wrong. Use Change domain in Qynko Studio, up to 3 times in a paid year. Your paid year carries over. Your previous domain stops opening your store as soon as you switch, and you add the DNS records we give you for the new one.

Yes. Enter the full address, like academy.mysite.com, when you set it up. Your main website stays exactly where it is.

Adding the records takes about 5 minutes. We check automatically and email you the moment your store is live with SSL, usually within a few hours. Your provider can take up to 48 hours to pass the change on. Keep the records in place: if your domain stops pointing to Qynko, we stop serving your store on it until they are restored.

Yes. yourname.qynko.com keeps working, and Google is pointed to your new domain.

Nothing changes for your domain. It is a separate yearly add-on at the same price on every plan, and it stays on until its year ends whichever plan you move to.

Your setup renews yearly from the day your domain goes live, and nothing is charged automatically. We remind you 30, 7 and 1 days before, and you renew in one tap in Qynko Studio. If it lapses, your domain stays on for 7 more days, then your store runs on yourname.qynko.com until you renew, which switches your domain back on.

Yes, in full if we cannot connect your domain. Once your domain is live, that year's fee is not refundable, and a renewal is not refundable once paid.
