Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Qynko Studio settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does the platform commission work?
Qynko Studio deducts a small percentage from each transaction based on your plan — Free: 8%, Starter: 5%, Growth: 3%, Business: 2%. There is a minimum of ₹10 per transaction across all plans. The commission applies only to revenue earned through the platform, not to external transactions. Payment gateway charges (~2%) are levied separately by the gateway provider on each transaction and are not part of the platform commission.
What support do I get on each plan?
Free includes email support with a 48-hour response window. Starter adds chat with a 24-hour response window. Growth bumps you to priority support with a 12-hour response window. Business adds a dedicated success manager who works with you directly.
What happens if I exceed my storage or email limits?
You will receive a notification before reaching your limit. For storage, you can upgrade your plan or remove unused assets to free up space — we never delete your content without warning. For email campaigns, every plan blocks sending once you hit its monthly cap — there are no overage charges. Upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.
How do WhatsApp campaigns and add-on services work?
Every plan includes 10 free WhatsApp messages each month. Need more? Buy WhatsApp credits at ₹1.45 per credit (one credit = one message) — a one-time purchase that never expires, with your free monthly allowance used first. Done-for-you Managed Ads is an optional separate service available on any plan — ₹7,499 one-time setup plus ₹10,000/mo or 15% of ad budget, whichever is higher.
Are taxes included in the displayed prices?
No. All prices shown on this page — plan fees, add-on services (Managed Ads, WhatsApp credits) and usage-based charges — are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to your invoice at checkout as per Indian tax law.
Is there a refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. We recommend starting with the Free plan to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts on a 14-day free trial with Business-level features unlocked, so you can explore the platform fully before paying. No card is required to start. When the trial ends you automatically move to the Free plan — your existing content stays, you simply cannot create beyond Free limits until you upgrade.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. After your 14-day trial, the Free plan is available indefinitely with no time limit — use it as long as you like and upgrade whenever you are ready to scale.
