Terms & Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using Qynko, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable Indian law, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Qynko is an AI-powered creator marketplace that enables knowledge professionals to build and sell digital products and services:

• 1:1 Session Booking: Private audio/video consultations with per-session pricing.
• Video Courses: Pre-recorded, self-paced courses hosted on our platform.
• Webinars & Live Events: Scheduled live sessions with real-time audience interaction.
• Paid Communities: Membership-based communities with exclusive content and discussions.
• AI Market Insights: Trend analysis tool surfacing demand signals in your niche.
• AI Service Builder: AI-generated service outlines, titles, curricula and pricing suggestions.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One person may not operate multiple creator accounts without prior written approval from Qynko.
• Your creator studio is accessible via a personalised subdomain (e.g., yourname.qynko.com). This subdomain is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable basis.

Qynko charges a platform commission on each transaction, deducted automatically before payout. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹). Qynko reserves the right to revise commission rates or plan pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Video storage is plan-specific. Content uploads beyond your limit will be blocked:

• You retain full ownership of all content (courses, videos, materials) you upload to Qynko.
• By uploading content, you grant Qynko a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and deliver your content solely to operate the Platform.
• You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and complies with all applicable Indian laws.
• Qynko does not claim ownership of your content and will not use it beyond platform operation without your consent.

AI Market Insights provides trend signals aggregated from publicly available data. These are informational only and do not constitute financial, business, or investment advice. Actual results may vary.

AI Service Builder generates content suggestions based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing AI-generated content. Qynko makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs.

• All earnings across all service types (1:1, courses, webinars, communities) are consolidated in your Unified Payouts dashboard.
• Withdrawals can be initiated to a verified Indian bank account at any time.
• Qynko is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries or payment processors.
• Refunds to students are governed by our separate Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
• Upon account termination, any outstanding balance will be settled within 30 days, subject to no pending disputes.

• You are the service provider. Qynko is a marketplace — not a party to transactions between you and your students.
• You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of all content and services you offer.
• You must honour all commitments made to students (scheduled 1:1 calls, webinar access, community content).
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act, GST regulations, and consumer protection laws.

You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any applicable Indian law.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Manipulate platform metrics, reviews, or enrolment figures.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent Qynko's commission structure.
• Use the Platform to conduct financial fraud, phishing, or any illegal scheme.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt any part of the Platform.

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Qynko may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately, but outstanding payout obligations remain valid and are settled within 30 days.

The Platform is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. Qynko makes no guarantees of earnings, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated insights do not guarantee business success.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Qynko's total liability to you shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Qynko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamluk, West Bengal. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact our support team first at support@qynko.com.

Qynko may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
