Information We Collect
- Account & Profile Data: Full name, email address, phone number, profile photo, creator bio, years of experience, niche, sub-categories, teaching languages, social media links, and bank account details (for payout processing only — never stored in full).
- Content Data: Video courses, webinar recordings, community posts, and materials you upload; metadata associated with your content (titles, descriptions, pricing).
- Usage & Device Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and click events; IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers; login timestamps and authentication events.
- Transaction Data: Purchase records, payout histories, and commission deductions; refund and dispute records.

Phone Verification & Firebase Authentication
We use Google Firebase Authentication to verify your phone number via one-time passwords (OTP). Firebase collects your phone number and device information as part of this process. Firebase's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only the verification result and a secure auth token — we do not store your OTP.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Payment Processors: Bank account details shared with payout partners solely to process withdrawals.
- Infrastructure Providers: Google Firebase (auth & database), cloud storage for video hosting — all under data processing agreements.
- Analytics: Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session analytics — no personally identifiable information shared.
- Legal Obligations: If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in India.
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data transferred under equivalent privacy protections.
AI Data Usage Policy
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers within Google Cloud infrastructure.
- All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Qynko personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- We conduct periodic security reviews and follow industry best practices.

Children's Privacy
Qynko is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact privacy@qynko.com immediately and we will delete the account promptly.

Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
