Is it really my own app, or a Qynko app with my logo on it?
It's your own. It gets its own name, its own icon and its own page on the Play Store and the App Store, in your name. A student searching the store finds your business, not ours.
Is this a white label app?
Yes, that's the usual name for it. A white label app means someone else builds the software, but everything your students see belongs to you — your app name, your icon, your colours, and your page on the store. Ours works exactly that way.
How much does it cost to get a coaching app made?
₹29,999 plus GST here. Custom app development through an agency usually starts around ₹2 lakh for a course or coaching app. Platforms that rent you one charge a fee every year instead, so what looks cheaper at the start often isn't after a few years.
How is this different from Classplus, Exly, TagMango or Graphy?
Those are capable products, and most of them work on the same model — a monthly or yearly fee, a commission on your sales, or both, for as long as you use them. The renewal comes round again every year. The difference here is that you pay once to have the app built, and the app is listed in your name rather than the platform’s. If you’re weighing up alternatives, prices change often, so check their current rates on their own websites before you decide.
I'm not technical at all. Can I still do this?
Yes. You send us your logo, your colours and what you teach. We do the building and we put the app on both stores. After that you manage it from a normal web page in your browser — if you can use WhatsApp Web, you can use this.
How long does it actually take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from the day you share your details to the app being live on both stores. Part of that wait is Google and Apple checking the app, and that bit isn't in our hands. So we give you an honest range instead of a date we can't keep.
Can I add courses and change prices myself later?
Yes, that's the point of the dashboard. Creating a course, editing a lesson, changing a price or sending a message all happen in your browser and show up in the app. You only need to come back to us if you want something new built.
Do I need a paid Qynko plan to have an app?
The app works with your Qynko account. Money you earn through it uses your plan's normal commission — 8% on the free plan, going down to 2% on Business. There's no extra cut for selling through the app.
What happens to my students and their details?
They're yours. Your student list, your content and your earnings stay your property, and you can download them whenever you like. Qynko doesn't hold your students hostage.
I already sell on another platform. Can I move?
Yes, and we do the work. Send us your file or give us access, and our team moves your students, your courses and their purchase history into Qynko. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain how it would work for your setup.
