be bound by the terms and provisions of
this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms,
please do not use this app.
Definitions
- User: Any individual who creates an
account and uses the App. Each user should have
only one account.

providing services through the App.
- App: The Qynko application and its
associated services.
Services Provided
Qynko offers the following services:
- Audio and video calls via the internet.
- Payment and withdrawal features.
- Sharing content by posting text, and photos.
User Accounts

Use of Services

Qynko reserves the right to terminate or suspend your
account if you violate these terms.

Service Providers set their own rates for sessions.
Users pay from their app wallet for a session.
All sessions are done through audio or video calls.

We recommend service providers offer the best possible
experience to the user.
Payments and Withdrawals

All payments and withdrawals must be made through the
app’s secure payment system

You are responsible for any fees or charges associated
with your transactions, which may vary
depending on the payment method

Qynko is not responsible for any issues arising from
third-party payment providers.

Payment issues or disputes must be reported within 30
days. If there is any issue with a payment
transaction or withdrawal within the app, it will be

Fees

The user pays the service charge, and the provider will
receive the amount they set.

Do not pay any additional charges outside the app. If
you do, we are not responsible for any losses.
Cancellations and Refunds

it without permission.

- Important: If you share any personal information (e.g., phone number, address, bank details, or any other confidential information) during a chat or call with a service provider, we are not responsible for any misuse of that information. Please be cautious when sharing personal details.
