Qynko Slot Booking - Terms & Conditions
Definitions

User:An individual who books a session with an
expert on Qynko.

Expert/Service Provider: A professional offering
their services through Qynko and available for slot bookings.

End Call: A function available only to the user
(who booked the call). If the user ends the call, the session is
terminated, and neither the user nor the expert can rejoin.

Leave Call:A function available to both the user
and the expert. If a participant leaves the call, the session
remains active, and both parties can rejoin within the booked
duration. The expert only has the option to leave, not end the call.

Minimum Billable Duration:The minimum amount of
time a user must pay for, even if they leave the call earlier than
their booked slot.
Slot Booking Process

Users can book a slot with any professional or expert available on
Qynko, provided the expert has listed their availability. Users can
search for professionals based on specific categories and directly
book a slot with them according to the expert’s available time
slots. Users have complete flexibility to customize the session
duration as per their needs, subject to the expert’s available time
slots.
Payment Terms
- Users must pay the full amount at the time of booking.

The total amount is calculated based on the expert’s per-minute call
rate and Qynko’s platform commission.

If a user edits the slot duration, the payment is adjusted
accordingly:

Increasing duration: The user must pay extra for the additional
time.

Decreasing duration: The excess amount (based on the reduced
duration) is automatically refunded to the Qynko wallet, which
can be withdrawn anytime.
Slot Cancellation, Editing, and Refund Policy

Users can edit or cancel a slot anytime up to 1 hour before the
scheduled time.

If a user cancels a slot at least 1 hour before the scheduled
time, they receive a full refund.

If the experts cancels the slot, the user receives a full
refund.

If an expert fails to join the call at the booked time, the user
receives a full refund.

If a user does not join the call and does not cancel it, but the
expert joins and waits, the expert will be compensated for the
duration they waited. The remaining amount will be refunded to the
user’s Qynko wallet.

If a user ends the call early, they must pay at least 60% of the
total booked time (minimum billable amount - Minimum billable
conditions apply only if the user 'ends' the call early, not if they
simply leave).

If a user leaves the call without ending it, charges apply based on
the time the expert remains available within the booked duration. If
the expert stays for the entire slot, they receive full payment. If
the expert also leaves, they are paid only for the time they were
available, and the rest is refunded to the user’s wallet.

If an expert joins the call but the user does not, the expert will
be paid for the duration they waited in the call.
Platform Charges & Commission

Qynko charges 20% of the expert’s per-minute rate from the user.
Data Privacy & Security

Users should not share personal information (such as bank account
details, phone numbers, addresses, or other confidential data)
during calls. Qynko is not responsible for any misuse of shared
information. >

Experts must not share, record, or disclose any user data without
explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to:
- Screen recordings
- Screenshots
- Any Photos/Videos
- Sharing user details in any form

If an expert is found violating these terms, Qynko reserves the
right to suspend their account immediately and take legal action if
necessary.
Service Disclaimer

Qynko does not provide any services directly; it acts solely as a
platform connecting experts with users.

Qynko is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of services
provided by independent experts.

Users cannot claim refunds due to dissatisfaction with the service
provided by an expert.

Any risks or liabilities related to the service are solely between
the expert and the user.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Users must maintain appropriate behavior during calls. This
includes:
- No abusive language or harassment.
- No unauthorized recordings of the session.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Termination & Account Suspension
Qynko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the
following conditions:
- Violation of Qynko’s terms and conditions.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.

Repeated user complaints about inappropriate behavior or service
misconduct.
By using Qynko’s slot booking feature, users and experts agree to
abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in penalties,
including account suspension or legal action where applicable
