Acceptance of Terms
Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Qynko app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this app.
Definitions
- User: Any individual who creates an account and uses Qynko. Each user is allowed only one account.
- Service Provider: Any individual
Any individual providing services through Qynko.
- App: The Qynko application and its associated services.
Services Provided
Qynko offers the following services:
- Audio and video calls via the internet.
- Payment and withdrawal features.
- Sharing content by posting text, and photos.
User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Use of Services

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, offensive or violates any third party’s rights.

Qynko reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Service Providers set their service rates for sessions. Users pay from their app wallet for a session. All sessions are done through audio or video calls.

We recommend service providers offer the best possible experience to the user.
Payments and Withdrawals

All payments and withdrawals must be made through Qynko’s secure payment system.

You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with your transactions, which may vary depending on the payment method.

Qynko is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment providers outside of Qynko.

Payment issues or disputes must be reported within 15 days. Any issue related to payments or withdrawals within Qynko will be resolved within 3-15 working days. For support, reach us at

Fees

Users pay a service charge, and service providers receive the amount they set.

Do not pay any additional charges outside Qynko. If you do, we are not responsible for any losses.
Cancellations and Refunds
- We are not responsible for refunds based on dissatisfaction with the services provided by independent service providers.

Service charges are non-refundable.

Service providers set their call rates, and Qynko does not control the quality or outcome of their services.
Liability

Qynko serves solely as a platform connecting users with independent service providers. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of the services offered by service provide on the platform.

All services on Qynko are provided directly by individual professionals, not by Qynko.
- Service providers operate independently, and Qynko is not liable for any outcomes resulting from their services.
- Users engage with service providers at their own discretion and risk.
- Qynko is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services provided through the platform.
- Qynko does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the services offered by professionals.
Termination of Services

Qynko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to misuse, fraudulent activities, or violations of applicable laws.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
- By submitting content on Qynko, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
- You retain ownership of your content but authorize Qynko to use it for promotional and operational purposes.
- All content posted on Qynko belongs to the original creator or rights holder. While Qynko does not permit unauthorized copying or distribution within the app, users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or use others' content without permission.
Data Privacy and Security
- We collect personal data such as name, email, and payment details to provide services.
- Your data is stored securely and handled in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
- Important:If you share personal information (e.g., phone number, address, or bank details) during a chat or call with a service provider or any other user, Qynko is not responsible for any misuse of that information. Please exercise caution when sharing personal details.
Changes to Terms
- Qynko reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any updates within Qynko and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. If you accept the updated Terms & Conditions, you can continue using Qynko. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may discontinue using the app.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India.
- Users agree to resolve disputes exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
