Such actions breach these Terms & Conditions and may cause financial and reputational harm to Qynko. Violators may face account suspension or permanent ban, and Qynko reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including claims for damages and lost revenue.
AI suggestions on Qynko are for general information only and do not replace professional advice. Qynko is not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated responses.
Qynko may conduct identity verification for service providers, including collection of government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar or PAN), a recent photograph, and proof of professional experience. However, we do not guarantee the authenticity or qualifications of any provider. Users should exercise discretion before availing of services.
Qynko is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment for all users. Any form of abuse, harassment, offensive language, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct during calls, messages, or interactions on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Individuals found engaging in such behavior may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned. In such cases, Qynko will not be held liable for the actions of its users. The offending party shall bear full personal and legal responsibility for their behavior.
