To request the deletion of your Qynko account, please send an
email to [email protected]
with the subject line: Account Deletion
Request. In your email, include the following
information:
Full Name (as registered on the Qynko app)
Email Address (associated with your Qynko account)
Reason for Deletion
Once we receive your request, your account will be scheduled
for deletion as outlined below:
Account Deletion Process
After submitting the request, your account will remain
accessible for 15 days. During this period, you can
still access your account, and if you re-login
(re-access your account), the deletion request will be
canceled automatically.
After the 15-day period, if the account deletion request
is not canceled, your account will be permanently
deleted, and you will no longer have access to it.
Once deleted, all data related to your account—such as
posts, likes, call history, and interactions—cannot be
restored.
Data Deletion Timeline
Your personal data, including any associated content
(posts, call history, etc.), will be permanently deleted
within 90 days from the date of your deletion
request.
We may retain some information if required by law, but
this will not include any personal content or data
stored on your account.
Post-Deletion Access
Once your account is permanently deleted, you can still
use the app by creating a new account. However, all
previous data from the deleted account will no longer be
accessible.
Additional Information
Any pending transactions, payments, or refunds should be
resolved before initiating the account deletion
process.
Once the account is deleted, any services or
subscriptions linked to your account will be terminated,
and you will no longer be able to use those
features.
Please note that by requesting account deletion, you
acknowledge that this process is irreversible after the
15-day period, and Qynko is not responsible for any loss
of data, interactions, or history once the account has
been permanently deleted.
